Fatty to Fit- Restart
It’s that time again. Time I restart those good life habits I had for the beginning of the year. Time to start getting healthy and exercising regularly again. I’ve gained back about 12lbs. It’s pretty disappointing but it’s my own fault. So here I am again. I’m ready to kick my own ass to lose the 12 gained plus the extra 26 I need to get to my 250lbs resolution. I want to continue my running. I want to get fast and better. So yesterday I started healthy eating again with tracking on Myfitnesspal. Feel free to friend me there.
I’m going to start updating the fatty to fit on Sundays. It’s just easier to start my weeks on Sunday every week. So I’ll see you next Sunday with my update.
